This program is geared to individuals in Christian PreK-12 education. Gordon College also offers an Educational Leadership (M.Ed.) for teachers seeking administrative licensure.

Cohort Information

The Herschend School of Education offers three cohort options. Students will have the opportunity to experience residency on Gordon College’s campus in Wenham, MA and/or in Orvieto, Italy, according to their cohort program below.

Christian School Administration: Two consecutive summers held at Gordon College’s campus in Wenham, MA. Each residency will be one week and includes an intensive course.
International: First summer in the program for two weeks on Gordon’s campus in Wenham, MA. This residency will include two, weeklong intensive courses.
Classical Christian School Administration: Residency both on Gordon’s campus as well as in Orvieto, Italy and an onsite practicum during the winter (location varies).

*Students in the Classical Christian School Administration Cohort will take LEA 712 and LEA 731 in lieu of LEA 710 and LEA 720 .
