Kinesiology - Fitness and Wellness

The fitness and wellness concentration is for students interested in strength training and conditioning, sport and fitness, as well as those interested in sport management from a scientific perspective.

Exercise Testing and Prescription 4 credits (new course)
Strength Training and Conditioning for Fitness and Sport Performance 4 credits (new course)
Approved Sports Psychology course
