The marine biology concentration can take advantage of Gordon’s location on the coast as well as collaborations with Wood’s Hole, Marine Studies Consortium, and Au Sable Institute.

Required Courses

BIO 230 - Introduction to Marine Science (4)
BIO 331 - Marine Biology Institute (4)
BA students will need an additional 16 credits of biology electives, approved by the department.
BS students will need an additional 8 credits of biology electives (16 credits without Physics) approved by the department.
