Students will synthesize and apply previous knowledge to develop a research project on a particular subject related to Christian school education. This course is designed to help students apply research standards through reflection and analysis of current practice. Students will learn to collect and interpret data, conduct a literature review, and develop an action plan to improve practice. Data collection and a focus on analysis of data will result in findings presented in a project. This course is the culmination of the Graduate Leadership program and the student’s academic achievement.
