This course provides students with a comprehensive overview of budgeting processes, and business administrative functions. Leaders are required to assess organizational needs and develop a financial plan to successfully address the organization’s goals. A biblical view of stewardship will be explored. Students will be able to read and interpret financial statements, identify the major types of budget models, and the major financial components contained in a school budget.
