BCM 245 - Historical Theology I: Ancient/Medieval

Credits: 4
An examination of the theological developments from the second through the fourteenth centuries.  This course will explore the central discussions and developments in patristic theology (the ecumenical creeds, the Biblical canon, the doctrines of the Trinity and Christology) and of medieval theology (the relationship between reason and revelation, atonement, and mysticism).  Formerly BCM305 Development of Christian Thought.
