PSY 322 - Counseling Theory and Practice(4) Surveys major theoretical perspectives in counseling (e.g., client-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, Gestalt perspectives). Explores assumptions about human nature in various approaches and introduces basic aspects of counseling relationships and ethical issues in counseling. Prerequisite(s): PSY 180 and one additional course in psychology.
