Introduces a variety of printmaking processes. Lectures and demonstrations on the technique and history of printmaking will guide a series of media specific projects. Techniques include woodcut, monotype, drypoint, and engraving. Projects will explore printmaking as a medium of communication both as a form of graphic design and artistic response.
