PSY 246 - Psychological Disorders

Presents students with the state of the art in answering and asking the question, “What is mental illness?” Considers what it’s like to experience psychological disorder in its wildly diverse forms, as well as what is known regarding its cause and treatment.  Disorders covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, addiction, eating disorders and more.  

Prerequisite(s): PSY 180 .
