Explores ways in which institution of education supports and obstructs student’s transition into private and public spheres. Examines way structural factors such as class, race and gender operate to encourage and limit academic success throughout academic career. Special emphasis on students critically examining their own educational biography while working toward constructing innovative educational curricula based on their academic experiences and Christian mandates.
