SAL 201 - Christian Thought and Culture: Middle Ages to Enlightenment

Acquaints students with the foundations of European intellectual life from the middle ages to the enlightenment and their many manifestations in music, the arts, theology, literature and philosophy. The course includes cross-cultural workshops, concerts, guest lectures, and numerous excursions to a wide array of cultural institutions and churches, as well as a week-long trip to Vienna. Offered in even years.
