Organizational Leadership (B.A.)

The B.A. in Organizational Leadership is a 44-credit major designed to equip adult students with the personal, team, and organizational skills needed to lead 21st century organizations. The major provides adult learners with an understanding of Christian leadership, financial literacy, organization behavior, intercultural communication, principles of management, business law and strategic leadership.
