Theatre Arts Minor

Requirements

A minor in theatre arts may be constructed in consultation with a departmental faculty member. All minors are required to take a minimum of 20 credit hours in the department, two semesters of 20 hours in productions (THT 120 , 0 credit option) , plus participation in at least two semesters of Theatre Hour (THT 010 ).
Note: THT 120  may be done for 1 credit, but the credits will not apply to the minor electives requirement.

• THT 010 - Theatre Hour Credits: 0 Two semesters
• THT 120 - Theatre Practicum Credits: 0 or 1 Two semesters of 20 contact hours (0 credit)
• THT 234 - Introduction to Theatre Credits: 4
• THT 150 - Technical Production I Credits: 4
• Electives: The remaining 12 credits will be taken in the concentration area or as a faculty-approved combination. Credits earned from THT 120  will not be factored into these remaining credits.
