The social welfare major consists of 44 credits as shown below. In addition to fulfilling the other core curriculum requirements laid out by the College, it is recommended that social welfare majors take NSM 220 or BIO 222 as their core natural science requirement. Previous volunteer or paid employment cannot be substituted for the Gordon internship experience.
