Introduction to Educational Leadership. Provides aspiring educational leaders comprehensive overview of major issues, perspectives and theories as reflected in writings of leading researchers and theorists within field of educational leadership. Examines bibliographic profiles of exceptional leaders to identify shared characteristics, traits and skills essential to effective leadership of schools and educational programs. Examines theory behind leadership style and identifies his/her individual leadership style.

Field experience required.
