PCS 325 - Conflict Mediation: Theory and Practice4 credits Introduces theory and practice of mediation. Utilizing conflicts in families, organizations and communities, students learn basic mediation skills through case studies, role playing and simulations. Grounded in foundational and evolving theory of third-party neutral conflict resolution and transformation, course addresses issues of ethics and appropriate contexts for use of mediation.
