COR 109 - The Great Conversation: Foundations in Thinking, Reading and WritingCredits: 2 Develops disciplines of listening and reading, speaking and writing, with emphasis on developing writing process through engaging multiple forms and drafts, and giving and receiving feedback. Readings and discussion focus on the question: “What is the good life?” Related themes include love, vocation, Christian character, community and justice/shalom. COR 108 and 109 divide COR 107 over two terms (2, 2). Incoming freshmen must take either COR 107 or both COR 108 and COR 109 during their first year.
