Physics (B.A.)

Return to Majors and Programs Return to: Majors and Programs

The requirements stated below are based on the assumption that a student majoring in physics will begin with physics courses in the freshman year. However, it is possible to tailor individual programs to fit the needs of students who wish to change majors or who, for other reasons, must start the course sequence later. The B.A. degree in physics is a four year degree program that fully leverages the Christian liberal arts tradition. Students pursuing the degree can combine rigorous training in physics with other majors and minors across campus or study abroad programs.

Notes:

Students completing the physics major are not required to take the core course NSM 202 - The Scientific Enterprise .
