Neuroscience Minor

The minor in neuroscience offers an introduction to the study of brain function. It is an interdisciplinary program in human and nonhuman behaviors drawing from departments of psychology, biology, chemistry, and kinesiology.  There is a maximum of 8 credits that can be applied to both the neuroscience minor and one’s own major requirements.

Elective courses (8 credits)

In addition to the 16 credits of required courses, each student will consult with his/her academic advisor to select 8 additional credits from the elective courses listed below. It is recommended that students select courses that help them gain interdisciplinary perspectives which can complement his/her major.
