ECB 320 - Business Law4 credits Examines law in the context of business, including a study of legal process and reasoning and the presuppositional foundations of civil government. Subject matter includes the law of real property, contracts, torts, commercial transactions including the UCC, secured transactions, and the varied legal structures for businesses including corporations and limited liability companies.
Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or permission of instructor.
