BCM 237 - Juvenile Delinquency and Its Contributing Factors

Credits: 3
Explores myriad complex internal and external risk factors contributing toward delinquency in children. Focused attention given to understanding impact of dysfunctional family systems, overstressed communities, learning and mental health issues, racial tension and disproportional minority confinement, gangs, criminal thinking patterns, and various types of addiction and substance abuse issues.
