MAT 635 - Calculus with Precalculus

Invented by Isaac Newton and Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, calculus provides framework and language for change. Introduces study of calculus, a study of continuous functions. Calculus is composed of two main branches: differential calculus and integral calculus. Differential calculus is primarily concerned with problems involving rates of change of a relationship between two variables, particularly instantaneous rate of change.
